Signature $99, Bespoke $199 and Masterpiece from $299: USD per individual headcover. Final pricing depends on design complexity, materials and techniques. Work outside the chosen scope, extra revisions and other charges require written agreement in advance. Matching sets, corporate and tournament orders are quoted separately.

Design development and revisions are additional. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Do I need a finished design?+
No. A photograph, a sketch or a few words can start the conversation. Signature suits existing artwork; Bespoke includes original creative development; Masterpiece explores more complex forms.
Can I order just one? Or a matching set?+
Yes, the three individual service levels are for one headcover. For a coordinated set, share the club types and models. We’ll confirm the scope and total quote before you commit.
How do you confirm fit?+
We ask for your club type, brand and exact model, and a photo when needed. Blade and mallet putters are reviewed separately. We confirm a suitable shape and closure before production.
What do I approve, and can I make changes?+
Design & Revisions
Each commission includes an initial design and two rounds of revisions within the agreed design direction and package scope.
Each round consists of one consolidated set of feedback from you, followed by an updated design from us.
Additional revision rounds, changes to the agreed theme, or a new design will be quoted separately and carried out only with your approval.
Corrections needed because we have not followed the agreed design requirements do not count toward your included revision rounds.
Before approving your final mockup, please carefully review names, spelling, dates, colors, logo placement, club type and club numbering.
Changes requested after final approval are subject to feasibility, additional costs and revised timelines. Changes may not be possible once production has begun.
Design development and revision time are separate from the approximately 15-business-day production period.
Also confirm your club brand and model, cover marking and construction. We retain the approved artwork and your confirmation.
What about delivery, shipping and a gift date?+
Production: Approximately 15 business days after final design approval.
Shipping: Approximately 7 business days after dispatch.
Design development and revisions are additional. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Needed By is your preferred date, not an arrival guarantee. Gift and tournament dates must be assessed for feasibility before production. Production also requires the agreed payment conditions to be satisfied; design approval alone does not start an unpaid order. Shipping charges are confirmed in the quote.
Can you use my logo, photo or handwriting?+
You must own or have permission to use submitted materials. We review detail and suitability, and may decline infringing designs. Inquiry details and images are used to assess, design and produce your commission and provide support. Public display is a separate, voluntary choice: the form defaults to no permission. Without that permission, your photographs, name, logo and commissioned work are not used in public promotion. We retain your consent record. Use the inquiry form or confirmed studio contact channels to request access, correction or deletion, subject to records needed to handle your order.
What if there’s a problem with my headcover?+
Custom Orders & After-Sales Support
Every KAVILOQ piece is made to order. All custom orders are final sale and are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please carefully review all details before approving your final design.
If your headcover arrives damaged, has a production error, or materially differs from your approved design, contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
WhatsApp supports quick communication, photos and videos. We organize the information internally, so you do not need to repeat an existing WhatsApp submission by email. Agreed resolutions are confirmed by email, with a reminder on WhatsApp.
How do payment and order updates work?+
Website inquiry → private consultation and written quote → final mockup approval → private payment → manual payment and order confirmation → production → tracking shared privately. The studio contacts you to arrange your quote, design approval and payment through WhatsApp or the brand email. This website does not process payments or provide online checkout. Production starts only after final design approval and confirmation that the agreed payment conditions have been met. Your order confirmation records the order number, approved version, specifications, charges and estimated schedule. The studio sends the carrier and tracking reference privately after dispatch.
How should I care for my headcover?+
Care Instructions
Keep your custom headcover looking its best:
- Gently spot-clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking or scrubbing embroidery and decorative details.
- Allow to air-dry naturally in a shaded, well-ventilated area before use or storage.
- Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron or dry clean.
- Cleaning agents, including mild detergents, are not recommended. Do not use bleach, harsh cleaners, solvents or leather conditioners.
- Keep away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place.
- Fit and remove your headcover gently. Do not pull on embroidery, appliqué or dimensional details.
